XAPP End User License Agreement (EULA)

Product: XAPP (Free, Premium, Premium+)

1. License Grant

Riptec Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use XAPP in accordance with these terms and your subscription plan.

2. Ownership

XAPP and its underlying software, trademarks, and content are owned by Riptec Ltd. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the platform
• Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the software
• Use XAPP in violation of applicable laws

3. Restrictions

You may not use XAPP to:

• Violate third-party messaging platform terms (e.g., WhatsApp policies)
• Harass or abuse other users
• Send spam or unauthorized commercial messages

Riptec Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

4. Updates and Modifications

Riptec Ltd may update XAPP from time to time to improve performance, security, or features. These updates may be applied automatically.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riptec Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruption or downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by ceasing to use XAPP. Riptec Ltd may terminate the license if you breach any term of this EULA.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.

8. Third-Party Network Terms

By using XAPP with any integrated messaging platform (e.g., WhatsApp), you agree to comply with those platforms' terms of service. Riptec Ltd is not responsible for violations or restrictions imposed by third-party services.

9. Fair Use and User Conduct

You must use XAPP in a lawful and respectful manner. Abuse, spam, exploitation of the platform, or interference with normal operations will result in termination of access. XAPP may monitor activity to ensure fair use.
